·Social Hall Cleaning:
Please
us the tables and chairs provided in the Social Hall. Any additional furniture
and décor must be approved by the Town Board Council. (i.e. wall attachments,
nails, etc. are not allowed. Repair of damage to walls or floor will be billed
to renter.

NO
cooking allowed in building. Food brought to the event MUST be removed promptly.
Please wipe up spill quickly.
·
It
is the renter’s responsibility to take out any garbage after event.
·
The
closing time of the space(s) shall be 10:00 p.m. unless special arrangements are
made.
·
Bathroom(s)
must be checked and kept clean during the events.
·
Please
take care not to track in mud during inclement weather.
·
The
renter shall be responsible for any damage to the Social Hall and/or restrooms.
Public Park:
Please leave the pavillion tables orderly and cleaned.
Please put any excessive garbage into the large dumpster.
